







In celebration of the International Museum Day, everyone is invited to enjoy free admission to all permanent exhibitions at the Latvian National Museum of Natural History on Saturday, May 23!
The Latvian National Museum of Natural History offers more than ten permanent exhibitions, providing diverse opportunities to explore the natural history of Latvia and the wider world. The exhibition halls feature specimens from the museum’s collection, which is part of the National Collection of Museums and therefore is a national treasure. Various interactive and digital tools, including mobile app “Dabas muzejs” with an audio guide, are available to learn more about subjects of particular interest.
We kindly invite children, young people, and adults alike to visit the Latvian National Museum of Natural History and to spend time among colorful minerals and other treasures from the depths of the Earth, millions of years old fossils, animals of land and sea, and the plants, fungi, and lichens of Latvia.
On Saturday, May 23, from 10:00 to 16:00, admission to all permanent exhibitions, including the newest exhibition “Skeletarium”, is free of charge!
The entrance to the exhibition “Cacti 2026” is in accordance to the exhibition admission fee.
