The exhibition "Phlox 2026" will be open for four days, July 23–26. This year the show will feature nearly 200 phlox varieties, few of which at the museum will be exhibited for the first time.
The exhibition is curated by phlox collector and cultivator Tatjana Kočāne from Rugāji. In her garden in Latgale region many flowers and other plants are growing, including around 400 phlox varieties. Approximately 60 of those are cultivated by her and will be exhibited.
Tatjana Kočāne is experienced cultivator and gardener. She is certain, that amongst the large phlox diversity anyone can find a variety to personal liking. Visitors will be able to appreciate the wide variety of colors and shades, as well as the diversity of flower shapes and sizes.
During the exhibition, the visitors will be advised on phlox varieties, cultivation and how to choose the best variety for your garden.
The exhibition opens on Thursday, July 23 at 12.00
in the exhibition hall on the 2nd floor.
